Everything an operator should do, done in-house, by the same people from the first enquiry to the closed account.
A ship for a cargo, from load port to discharge port, at a freight rate per tonne or a lump sum. We provide the tonnage, pay the bunkers, port costs and canal dues, and deliver against a laycan we will meet. Terms on BIMCO forms, adapted to the trade.
For regular shipments: a tonnage commitment over a season or a year, with the ships nominated as the programme firms up. The client gets certainty of freight and lifting; we get the planning horizon to fix tonnage well.
For clients who prefer to direct the voyage themselves, we sublet tonnage for a trip or a short period, with our operations team in support.
We take Handysize to Capesize vessels on time charter, for single trips or periods of months, with delivery in the Far East, the Indian Ocean, the Gulf, Southern Africa, the Black Sea or the Continent as our cargo book requires. Hire is paid on time. Bunkers are of the grade and quantity agreed. Ships are redelivered as taken.
Thermal and coking coal, iron and manganese ore, chrome and bauxite, wheat, corn, barley and soybeans, fertilisers in bulk, sulphur, clinker, cement and aggregates, petcoke, and steel products. If it can be loaded by grab or spout into a hold, we have most likely carried it.
